Information we process

When you create an account, we process your account details through Clerk and your billing details through Stripe. When you request a landing page, we process the audience description or URL, conversion goal, generation mode, WordPress user ID, and basic WordPress theme context needed to produce the draft.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide and secure the generation service, administer subscriptions and seat limits, prevent abuse, and support the product. We do not sell personal information.

AI generation and web research

Landing sends the brief, conversion goal, and relevant site context to the OpenAI API to generate copy and may use OpenAI web search to research public context. We send a one-way hash rather than the WordPress user ID as the API safety identifier and request that generated responses are not stored as application state. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless enhanced data-retention controls apply.

Service providers and retention

Clerk provides authentication, Stripe provides payment processing, OpenAI provides AI generation and web research, and Vercel and Render provide application hosting. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We retain account, billing, security, and generation records only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices

You can disconnect the WordPress plugin by uninstalling it, manage billing from your account dashboard, and request access or deletion by contacting privacy@paperplanes.digital.
